Terms and conditions 1. Company overview Goddess Defined (PTY) LTD is a South African based online supplier that specializes in premium quality Vietnamese hair extensions. We operate exclusively as a supplier and do not offer installation and maintenance services. 2. Ordering process Orders are strictly processed entirely through our website. Once the order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order. In an event that a product is out of stock, you may place a pre order which would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Alternatively, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or process a refund. 3. Product Pricing and Payment All our products are priced in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept VISA & MasterCard Debit/ Cheque/ Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Instant EFT. We are currently in the process of making provisions to accept instalment based payment methods as well. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. 4. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery within Gauteng 2-3 days, outside of Gauteng 2-5 days . Standard shipping fees applies to and from the location to all exchanges and returns. Please note we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather and courier issues. Additionally we are not responsible for incorrect addresses and/or contact information provided by the customer, but we will do our best to assist if such a matter occurs. 5. Product Quality Assurance Our hair is is made from 100% Vietnamese Hair known worldwide for its durability, soft & silky smooth feel and natural lustre. Due its high concentration of melanin, it's colour may vary in appearance ranging from black to a very dark brown. 6. Return and Exchanges Return and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return or exchange process, contact us by using our Contact page. Be sure to include your invoice number/ order number along with your reason for return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All courier costs will be deducted from the refund amount (to and from the location) 7. Maintenance Tips Cleaning: Wash gently & deep condition regularly by using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners/ keratin treatments. Rinse well by ensuring no product residue remains. Styling: Ensure to apply a heat protectant spray together with light weight oils and serums e.g Moroccan oil. Allow hair to air dry. If blow drying, use on low heat. Use flat iron on moderate heat Daily maintenance and care: Comb/Brush hair gently. Wrap the hair in a silk/satin scarf or bonnet before bed to reduce friction. 8. Limitation of Liability Goddess Defined is not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines. Services provided by salons and/or stylists. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African Law. 10. Privacy Policy We are committed to respecting your privacy. Personal information collected is solely for order processing and customer service. We do not share your information with third parties, except as a necessary to fulfill your order. Return & Exchange Policy – Goddess Defined Last Updated: 2 December 2025 At Goddess Defined, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions and excellent service. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning or exchanging products. 1. Return & Exchange Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. 2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Products must not have been cut, dyed, styled, or chemically treated. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided. Please note: Hair is a personal care product, and due to hygiene reasons, used or altered products cannot be returned. Colour variations due to natural melanin content do not constitute a defect. 3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom orders or bespoke products Wigs or lace front units that have been opened or tried on Sale or clearance items (if applicable) 4.
